In the app

Your workouts, history and settings are stored on your device and nowhere else. The app has no ads, no trackers and no analytics.

When you ask the app to put a workout together, the language model runs on your device. Your request never leaves it.

Deleting the app erases its data.

Health

If you allow it, each finished workout is saved to the Health app as a workout, with its start and end times. The app reads no Health data.

You can revoke this permission at any time in Settings. Workouts already saved stay in Health, where you can delete them.

Notifications, Siri and Shortcuts

The app’s notifications and Live Activity are produced on your device, without going through a server.

If you start a workout with Siri or Shortcuts, your request is handled by Apple under its own privacy rules.

This site

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics.

It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data of each visit, such as your IP address, to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse. To do so, Cloudflare may set security cookies, which are not used to track you.

Your messages

If you write to the contact address, your message and your address are only used to reply to you. They are never shared or used for anything else.

Under the GDPR, you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your messages, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
